Winner of the Victoires de la musique in the “Composer of the Year” category for her piece The Sound of Trees (2020), Camille Pépin signed a new title for cello and piano. The piece is published by Billaudot, and inspired by the Painting “Number 14” by the American painter Jackson Pollock, taking the idea of dark intertwined lines and the silver gray halo formed by the dilution of the painting on the canvas.
